Accommodation

Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with twin beds, 1 with a double bed
Bathroom: 1 en-suite bathroom, a family bathroom, 1 cloakroom
Other: 6 people maximum, linen towels provided, bed linen provided, fully air conditioned and a heating option.
Kitchen: hob and double oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, freezer
Laundry room: washing machine, iron with ironing equipment.
Lounge: comfortably seats 6 people on sofas and armchairs, a lounge rug, TV, DVD, Satellite channels, radio
Dining: lovely dining table and chairs seats a comfortable 6 guests.
Outside: patio and terraced area around the cottage, gas barbeque stoves, garden furniture, private parking and garage space, swimming pool with sun beds, the garden is landscaped and rich in flowers and plants.

The villa is an open space house with luxury furniture, and regularly maintained gardens, the swimming pool is private and sun lounge beds are provided for your relaxation and sun bathing needs.
Between the garden and the house there are terraces or patio areas with paved stone work.
The large patio area a BBQ area and dining area, the BBQ stoves are gas stoves and the atmosphere is ideal for outside dining.
The entrance hall is open plan and leads to two levels one leads to the lounge and dining area and the other leads to the patio doors and terraces and the private pool. Leather sofas and chairs are provided for maximum comfort and an open fireplace is useful for those winter evenings. Satellite TV is provided both with the option of viewing English and Spanish television.
The kitchen is well equipped and ideal for self catering guests, there is plenty of storage space with cupboards and kitchen cabinets. The laundry room for all cleaning needs is separate from the kitchen, here you have the washing machine and dryer, with cleaning fluids and ironing equipment.
The main bedroom is found on the ground floor and has an en-suite bathroom and access to its own private terrace. The other bedrooms are on the upper level, both bedrooms have twim beds and access to the family bathroom. All the bedrooms have bedroom furniture and furnishings and wardrobe space.
On the ground floor just from the hallway there is a separate cloakroom and bathroom, air conditioning can be found in all the rooms, and can be controlled individually. These air con units also have the option to provided heating for the cooler evenings.
We employ the policy of No Smoking throughout all of the rooms and the property.

Other Information

Villa Cabrera is located in Sitio de Calahonda, a coastal town and some 35 minutes from Malaga Airport, it is also between the other towns Marbella and Fuengirola. The beach at Calahonda is a quarter of an hour away, and further on there are other sandy and white beaches at Cabopino which also has restaurants and bars right on the edge of the beach. Most facilities are nearby, you have access to banks, shops, bars and restaurants all within a walking distance from the villa, car hire Spain would help you make the most of your trips around the beaches and shops.
Cordoba and Gibraltar are visible from the villa on a clear day, Mijas an old historical town is roughly 20minutes drive away and has some of the finest restaurants in the south. Golfers will find this location a superb getaway, within 15 minutes drive in all directions you will find golf courses everywhere. There are about 15 courses around providing an 18 hole experience, if you wish to just walk to the nearest golf course then stroll down to the La Siesta a 9 hole course suited for all golfers.
